Privacy policy

Last updated 10/21/2026.

White Wolf Creations, a trade name of White Wolf Enterprises LLC ("I", "me", "my"), operates whitewolfcreationstx.com. This policy explains what information I collect when you visit the site, buy something, or contact me, and what I do with it.

Information I collect. When you place an order I receive your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you provide one, and the details of your order. Payments are handled by Shopify Payments; I never see or store your full card number. If you contact me, I receive whatever you send. The site also collects standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and pages visited, using cookies from Shopify and Google Analytics.

How I use it. To process and ship your order, send order and shipping emails, provide customer support, handle taxes and bookkeeping, prevent fraud, and improve the site. If you sign up for marketing emails, I use your email for that until you unsubscribe.

Who I share it with. Only the people needed to run the business: Shopify (store and payments), shipping carriers (USPS and similar), my bookkeeping and accounting systems, and email and analytics providers. I may also share information when the law requires it, or to prevent fraud. I do not sell your personal information.

How long I keep it. As long as needed for orders, support, taxes and legal requirements, generally up to five years.

Your choices. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from marketing emails, by contacting me below. Some information I must keep for tax or legal reasons. Residents of certain states, including California and Texas, have additional rights over their personal information, and I'll honor valid requests.

Children. The site is not directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes. If I change this policy, I'll update the date above.
