These terms apply to your use of whitewolfcreationstx.com and any purchase from White Wolf Creations, a trade name of White Wolf Enterprises LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("I", "me", "my"). By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these terms.
Products. Everything I sell is handmade or made to order in small batches, from materials including wood, resin, PLA and PETG. Small differences in grain, color, finish and texture are normal and are part of what makes each piece unique. Photos are as accurate as I can make them, but screens vary.
Pricing and availability. Prices are in US dollars. I may correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or priced incorrectly.
Orders and payment. An order is accepted when I ship it or confirm it by email. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments. I never see or store your full card number. Texas and local sales tax is added where required.
Custom and personalized items. For items with custom text, you are responsible for the spelling, wording and punctuation you enter, because I make the item exactly as written. Custom text is limited to 26 characters. Longer text or phrases may be set in a smaller font to fit. I may decline any text that is unlawful, hateful, infringing or otherwise inappropriate, and will refund you if I do. Please allow 10–14 days for made-to-order items. Shipping. See my shipping policy for rates, processing times and delivery terms.
Safe use. My items are decorative or functional goods, not toys. Small parts such as screws can be a choking hazard, so keep them away from small children and pets. 3D-printed PLA can soften or warp in high heat, and resin can yellow in strong sunlight. Please follow the care notes on the site.
Intellectual property. The designs, text, photos and content on this site belong to me and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without my written permission. By submitting custom text, you confirm you have the right to use it.
Warranties and liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, items are provided as described, and I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages. My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes. I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
