Shipping policy
Where I ship. Within the United States only. I do not ship internationally.
Processing time. In-stock items ship within 1–5 business days. Custom and made-to-order items ship in 10–14 days. These are processing times, so transit time is extra.
Shipping rates. Shipping is calculated by the dimensional weight of your order at checkout:
- Up to 8 oz: $7.95
- Over 8 oz up to 16 oz: $10.95
- Over 16 oz: $14.95
- Free shipping on orders of $100 or more
Combining orders: Orders that include both in-stock and made-to-order items ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking, so in-stock items arrive sooner. If you'd rather receive everything together, message me before the in-stock item ships, and I'll combine them into one package and refund the extra shipping.
Carrier and tracking. Orders ship with USPS and include tracking. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address. I'm not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to me, I can reship at the buyer's expense.
Delays. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery times are estimates and outside my control.
Sales tax. Texas and local sales tax is added at checkout where required.
